A product of the 1960s, Michael grew up immersed in the golden age of rock and roll, drawing inspiration from the classic bands of the '60s, '70s, and '80s that would ultimately shape his musical DNA.

While building a successful career in engineering and business, music remained Michael's constant companion and creative outlet. It was in 1991 that he first began translating the melodies and lyrics floating through his mind into original compositions, discovering that he was naturally "writing songs" born from his own spirit, emotions, experiences, and beliefs.

What started as hearing "a different song than what was playing" has blossomed into a catalog of over 80 original compositions. Michael's music seamlessly blends classic rock, country, and Americana, creating honest narratives about life, faith, and the winding roads we all travel. His songwriting draws from personal life experiences, allowing for truth and authenticity that range from awe and adoration to raw honesty about human struggles and the ongoing journey of faith.

While his predominant genre has been faith and inspirational music, his versatility shines through story ballads and even country-rock numbers that offer a lighthearted look at the human condition.
