President Bush and defense officials spoke at a ceremony marking the one-year anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attack on the Pentagon. President Bush praised the military for their efforts in Afghanistan following the attacks as well as the efforts of construction workers who had rebuilt the Pentagon ahead of schedule. During the ceremony a large flag was unfurled on the part of the building damaged in the attack.
